Defective Products
We offer a 5-day return policy for defective products. To return a defective product, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our website and go to your Member Page.

Click on the "My Orders" tab.

Find the order that contains the defective product and click on the "Return" button.

Select the reason for return and provide any additional information.

Click on the "Submit" button.
We will review your return request and process it within 7 working days. If your return request is approved, we will send you a shipping label to return the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund or replacement within 7 days.
Return Options
If your return request is approved, you will be given the option for a refund or replacement. For a replacement, we will send you a new product and pick up the old product. For a refund, we will schedule a pickup and issue the refund within 7 days of the pickup.
Please note that the following products are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used or damaged

Products that are missing original packaging or accessories
